Issues with Maxol Direct delivery

Hi, we've always had maxol deliver our oil, via a mini-tanker because the entranceway at the rear of the block of houses is so narrow, and we're at the very far end of it, this last time however a supervisor was out with the driver and decided because of some of the houses having gas fitted in, the entryway was now too narrow to deliver, and we'd have to have it delivered through the house (and pay extra for the privilege). I hate getting oil delivered through houses, having had bad experiences in the past, can anyone recommend another solution?

Try another supplier.. possibly a case of a driver working to rule... it may be worth shopping around... try a smaller family business as they may not be as particular about the entry width.. I would hate to have oil delivered through my house...0
