Shall I Transfer Pension?

Hi
Anyone got any advice on the following....
I worked for my current company from 1997-2000 and joined the company pension scheme. I then left and rejoined a few years later (2003) and rejoined the company pension scheme which pays my pension for me.
So now I have 2 pensions with the same provider, however I have the option of moving the old pension into my new one. Is this advisable? Or should I keep them seperate?
Moving them into one would be easier for administratiion, but would I be losing out on any tax benefit?
