hi i found a new butcher today that sells lots of old style meat, i got a rabiet,pigs tails, and pork trim and oxo liver for £3 is this a cook price? also went to mr t and got some samon, well ivenever brought thease before so whats the best way to cook? i fought i would bung the rabit in slow cooker with veg do like a stew?, put not sure about the tails think i might cook allday and pull of meat:confused: , liver can do liver and bacon cassorole? any ideas thanks
