Hi all,
I want to make leeks braised in white wine, and serve with fish (frozen arctic char fillets)
Can I do leeks in oven in in casserole dish and stick fish on top? (it says to bake for 35mins from frozen)
or even better could I do the leeks in the bottom of the remoska and do the fish on the rack? Do you think this would work?
Planning on serving with saute pots or boiled new spuds. Possibly stir some creme fraiche in too at the end.
Thanks

Have decided to just wing it! Have sliced leeks with butter in the base of the remoska at the moment, so will cook these on their own for about 15-20 minutes, then add a little flour, cook, add a little wine, rack and fish and cook for prob about 40 minutes. (I find the remoska slower than my normal oven-does everyone else?)
Serving with tagliatelle and will put a wee bit of creme fraiche in just before serving up the leeks. will prob do some peas in with pasta or maybe green beans.... or purple sprouting brocolli.... hmm decisions decisions!0 -
i havent got a remoska oven but i did read on a thread that they are slower hun, sounds yum yum tho!0
