Hi,
Could I ask if anyone knows anything about about a DCA called Vilcol, they claim to be one of the top 25 DCAs in the country. I have a debt that is statute barred which has been passed from agency to agency.
Their phone number is: 08707706642 they call but don't say who they are.
Has anybody heard from them?
