And what is the value of the property?

What was the wrong advice you previously had?

You cannot know at the begining of a 10 year loan whether it will prove to be a good choice or not. Only time will tell.

how long have you got ???????????????
    we were missold our endowment
then we managed to clear 30k neg equity
then we were quoted on an endowment instead of repayment and it took 16 months for the bank to realise what they had done
we then had a couple of good years and when we remortgaged again the same thing happened again we were quoted on an endowment and not repayment this time as we are a bit older and wiser we managed to work out there mistake but it has taken nearly two years and the financial ombudsman to sort it out so you can imagine our trepidation

    Whoa!

Not had a good time of it really

Picking up on that mistake should have happened very quickly TBH

As it is on the illustration you get and on the offer letter - but that is by the by

So now in future make sure you scour these sections on the paperwork to make sure all is well

What is the property value, as that will dictate what LTV bracket you are in and what rates you could be looking at
