we have seen a couple of 10 year fixed but not sure if it is good to fix for that amount of time although the rates are good

You cannot know at the begining of a 10 year loan whether it will prove to be a good choice or not. Only time will tell................................I have put my clock back....... Kcolc ym0 -
how long have you got ???????????????And what is the value of the property?

we were missold our endowment
then we managed to clear 30k neg equity
then we were quoted on an endowment instead of repayment and it took 16 months for the bank to realise what they had done
we then had a couple of good years and when we remortgaged again the same thing happened again we were quoted on an endowment and not repayment this time as we are a bit older and wiser we managed to work out there mistake but it has taken nearly two years and the financial ombudsman to sort it out so you can imagine our trepidation0 -

As it is on the illustration you get and on the offer letter - but that is by the by
So now in future make sure you scour these sections on the paperwork to make sure all is well
What is the property value, as that will dictate what LTV bracket you are in and what rates you could be looking atI am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
