Concern about linemypocket

I've been a member for about 2 years but have never cashed out and should have had my referral bonus automatically applied when I reached over £25 in confirmed transactions but it didnt happen. I have sent loads of support tickets under different sections as they have not replied asking them to please change it from pending to confirmed but they are not replying to any of them.

Transactions are still changing from pending to confirmed but I'm worried in case its another site to go under. If they have updated the pending to confirmed why arent they answering my support tickets I've been sending them since before christmas.

I just wondered if anyone else is having any problems with them?

Just wanted to say here that all has been resolved now even though it took weeks to get a reply plus they credited my account an extra £5 for inconvenience caused. Not actually cashed out with linemypocket yet but so hoping that will go smoothly when I do
