hi everyone, i posted my first SOA yesterday and had some views pointing out the bad points, Thanks everyone for your views and comments.
im still a little confused as to what i can and can not put on the SOA,
Firstly, i have no income which can be accounted for only £72 wk cash, do i still include this. Do i include my partners wage
secondly, me and the OH get benefits but they are all paid into my OH account, it is only me going bankrupt but do i include these into my SOA
thirdly, what debts do i include on my SOA,
i would very much like some advice please
thanks

Firstly, i have no income which can be accounted for only £72 wk cash, do i still include this.If this is undeclared income i don't see how you can it include it Do i include my partners wageyes bt only as her contribution
secondly, me and the OH get benefits but they are all paid into my OH account, it is only me going bankrupt but do i include these into my SOAIf any are in you name then yes if they are in OH name they should be included as her contribution.
thirdly, what debts do i include on my SOA,All debts in your name
i would very much like some advice please

My advice to you is to stop the cash in hand and sign on for jobseekers. On the day of bc you have to swear on oath,as it stands at the moment, not sure you should do that. After all bc is about a fresh second chance;) .DxFree impartial debt advice available from: National Debtline - Tel: 0808 808 4000 | The Consumer Credit Counselling Service (CCCS) - Tel: 0800 138 1111 | Find your local Citizens Advice Bureau

thanks dalip, when you say her contribution, should i include the total of what she gives me in the PARTNERS INCOME box and then show what it goes towards and the should i do the same for the benefits
i also read one thread here some where that you only include the secured debts onto the the SOA as the unsecured debts would be cleared when BR0 -
Yes it is only the secured debts that go onto the SoA, the rest go on another part of the form.
You put the full joint household expenses on your forms and your personal expenses ie hair and mobile. You put your income and your partners contribution to the SoA, not his full wage just enough to make it balance. The OR doesn't need to know how much he earns, just as long as he is paying a fair amount to the household.BSCno.87The only stupid question is an unasked oneLoving life as a Kernow Hippy0 -
so i would include all the benefits then as they are based on two of us although they get paid into my partners account and i should put the amount my partner pays towards the household in the PARTNERS INCOME bit
sorry about this just got to make sure i got it all clear0 -
