Pop up/Photo card - Template

Hi, wonder if anyone can help, I saw quite some time ago a folded pop up type card that you could put your own photo's on but cannot a) remember where I saw it or b) very much about it apart from I thought it was a really good idea.

I've searched on the web and cannot find anything even similar and then thought of asking on forum here, not sure this is the correct thread but fingers crossed.

Sorry, I've no idea but perhaps you could ask on the making card thread as there's a lot of knowledge on there.
