Will the OR (or Trustee) want to know what I spent £11K on which I had last year? (I bought a car, a new PC and few bits and bobs. Plus I had bloody good time!) This was given to me by ex as part payment of her buying me out of the property. The remainder (£12K) to be paid on sale of the property.
I've not paid my water bill this year, will this be written off?
Also I owe about £300 in Council Tax for the year 08/09. Do I declare this in my BR?
As the day gets closer (9th Feb) I'm starting to panic.

Yes the OR will want to know where that 11k went. He/she usually ask for 12-24 bank and cc statements so they will see where a lot went but expect a grilling over this.
Any debt up to the date of your bc can be included in your bc.Dx
PS i would be worrying too if i had spent 11k the year before bc:eek:Free impartial debt advice available from: National Debtline - Tel: 0808 808 4000 | The Consumer Credit Counselling Service (CCCS) - Tel: 0800 138 1111 | Find your local Citizens Advice Bureau

I wasn't expecting to go BR last year. I had arrangements with my creditors but the HSBC decided to BR me just before Xmas. Then all of sudden my other creditors got CCJs against me. Did they know I had been petitioned?"What does not kill you makes you stronger"0
