have been advised to try self negotiation by national debtline who will be sending me a fact file with sample letters to end in etc. they have said that i can deduct £286 from my benefits as DLA should not be counted so that brings down disposable income by quite a bit but i know creditors and br allowances are bound to be different so could someone take a look at the latest tweaks tigerfet did and see if anything else needs adjusting. after that i need to work out what pro rata weekly payments i should offer my creditors. i will probably sell smallest shares and pay off m |& s and my other small bits and pieces which will leave 3 main creditors. if i give you total amounts owed to them and disposabled figure has been reviewed perhaps someone could advise mw what pro rata hould be offered INLAND REVENUE £12289.45 HALIFAX £8490.71 LLOYDS £5638.07 WHAT DO YOU THINK?0 -
If you are going to do a DMP then the creditors will want to see your SoA cut to the bone. The best bet for you is to join the DMP support thread on the DFW board and get advice from them.
