B & Q discount.

I've been fancying a new garden shed for a while, but affordability was the problem. B&Q have just the job - and with a 20% discount, it's affordable.
But my local branch has only the one in stock, and insist the discount won't be available without membership of the B&Q Club - which web page has been unreachable all day (still offline after midnight.)
Pretty much fits in with my past experience of my local B&Q branch, whose response to most advertised 'bargains' seems to be :-
"We're the cheapest on the high street - but only when we have no stock."
And/or :-
"We have it, but not at this branch - can we give you the address of a branch 100 miles away?"0 -
Still not working at 0445 this morning.0

Agreed, its taken over 24 hours but I have finally succeeded in joining. I assume its ok to reserve, collect and pay minus 20% discount0

Must depend on where you live??
"Due to unprecedented demand to register with The B&Q Club our servers are experiencing some challenges. Please do bear with us, our tech team are working hard to fix the issue. The site will be back up and running soon."

Yeh thats fine just make sure you take a copy of the discount code they supply and issue it on payment.
I dont think you get a card or anything along those lines so guessing people are just supposed to remember their discount codes or better keep a phot of it on your phone.0 -
