I wanna stop my eyes being so sore on comp, chaeap anit-glare screen 19" or suggestio

I spend far too much time on my comp, as a result my eyes are tired,sore and very red....so I'm either looking for a screen for my 19" widescreen monitor or can you buy special glasses....please help as I'm beginning to look too rough

Never put off until tomorrow what you can avoid doing altogether.:D

  • The main problem for extended computer use is usually dryness, caused by not blinking enough.

    Try some eyedrops and try taking a break for a few minutes every hour.

    Also, have you had an eye-test lately? You may be straining your eyes if your eyesight isn't upto scratch...

    --- Try not to have the screen too close (this is harder with older bulkier screens).

    --- Ensure your screen is level with your eye line - so you don't have to strain looking up (or down) a smidge too much

    --- Try and look into the distance every 15mins - say out into the garden or something (to help your eyes focus on different distances)
