living alowances

hi
have been made Br on the 15th of jan after seenin the OR he told me that any left over income after normal living costs are deducted i will have to make payments to creditors which will carry on for 3 years but if a payment is not set up by my discharge date 15th jan 09 there will never be one

so for the next year it will be better for me to have no income left after normal living exspences

my Question!

what counts as normally living cost and how much ?

is there a minimum amout of income i have to have left before i will have to make payments?

have been told there are quite a few things u can add in to it other than your gas, elec, water ,rent ect.. and as i am unemployed at the momemet i can make shore i find a job that leaves me no income after living costs
