I acquired a small tin labeled Pimenton when we were travelling (either France or Spain) - is it paprika? I need some smoked paprika - how close is it to.
I want to have a try at the Hugh Fernley W's Chorizo pork, and it needs sweet paprika, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper.
I've googled pimenton, and came up with peppers, so guessing that it will be more like sweet paprika - anyone with any definate ideas, please

According to the University of Wikipedia, Pimenton is Spanish for paprika
