Placebo tickets from Ticketline Advice appreciated.

Sorry if this is in the wrong place, I couldn't find anywhere else to put it.
Can someone help me here. My wife bought 3 tickets for Placebo at Blackpool from Ticketline this morning. They were priced at £2.15 each. She ordered them and paid for them on Credit card and recieved a confirmation email to say the order had been accepted. Later we recieved an email from Ticketline to say that they had only charged us for the Booking Fee (also £2.15) and could we contact them to increase the payment for the tickets to £21.50 each. I suspect this was a pricing error but where do we stand legally? Can they increase the price after they have given us confirmation of acceptance of the order at £2.15 per ticket or do we have to cough up? We also paid £2.15 booking fee each ticket AND a rip off handling charge of £4.95 and £4.95 Postage. £17.85 total.
Any advice appreciated before we have to get back to them.

Have they TAKEN the payment?
TAKEN = appears as a transaction on your credit card/bank account, as against ringfenced (which is where your available funds decreases but no transaction appears).
They have no Terms & Conditions on their website (that I could find), hence if they've TAKEN the money, I reckon the Contract has been made to supply at £2.15 plus ripoff fees.British Ex-pat in British Columbia!0 -
Argos took 49p (or whatever) for my telly and debited my credit card, but still cancelled it later on.illegitimi non carborundum0

I am unable, so far, to check if they have actually taken any payment. I will look into it tomorrow. Thanks for the help.

I eventually got through to Visa and found that they have indeed charged the full amount (£17.85) to my credit card. I will get back to them and see what happens. I want to go anyway so nothing is lost if I do have to pay the higher amount. It would be nice to have revenge for the dozens of times we have had to pay their handling fees though.
