TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. No purchase necessary – free prize draw. 2. The prize draw is only open to UK residents aged 18 or over. 3. Closing date for free prize draw 20.03.09. 4. Winners will be picked on 03.04.09 at random by an independently supervised judge from all eligible entries received. The Judges’ decision is final. 5. Photocopies will not be accepted. 6. The winners will be notified within 28 days of closing date by either email or phone. 7. If a prize is not claimed within 21 days of notification, another prize winner will be drawn and the original prize winner forfeits the prize. 8. The first prize includes: Two nights accommodation in a London Marriott – Marble Arch or Kensington, afternoon tea at Kensington Palace, dinner for two at Babylon (including three courses and bottle of wine), £50 towards travel, £100 spending money. (a)Travel is not permitted over Christmas, New Year, Easter & Bank Holidays. (b) Travel must be completed by 30.12.09. (c) The winner is responsible for organising their own travel insurance if required. 10. The second prize includes: A daytime private screening of The Young Victoria for a winner and up to 20 guests. Each guest will receive a The Young Victoria gift bag. (a) The screening will be arranged at a mutually convenient cinema and time agreed by the winner and Momentum Pictures; subject to site availability. (b) Screenings may be limited to 18:00 for 18:30 Monday to Thursday and 10:00 for 10:30 at weekends. Friday screenings are unavailable. (c) A minimum of two weeks is required to arrange any screenings. (d) In the event that a print for The Young Victoria is unavailable, Momentum reserves the right to replace the screening with another film. (e) This offer only applies to The Young Victoria at the participating cinema. (f) There is no late admittance allowed. In the event of a dispute, the cinema manager's decision is final. (g) Strictly no recording in the theatre. 11. 10 runners up will win a The Young Victoria gift bag and the next 10 runners up will win Becoming Queen by Kate Williams (softback book). 12. In the event that any prize becomes unavailable, it may be replaced by one of equal or greater value. 13. One entry per household. 14. There is no cash alternative. 15.
