holiday planner grid for work

hello,
does anyone know where I can get hold of a (free) holiday planner grid for use at work to plot staff holidays.
The kind of thing I am looking for is the week commencings at the top running horizontally (april to march) and then each row underneath I can use for a different colleague to show their holidays booked (like a cross in the box of w/c 20th april means they have that whole week booked off). I always find this useful to see the whole year on one sheet of A4.
Thanks.

Have you tried looking on the Microsoft site? They might have some templates on there
