I was in a match on Wednesday evening, playing in -2oC temperature.

To thaw out, I went to bed with a hot water bottle, jim jams and Virgin Atlantic flight socks.:D

I'm all prepared :D PJ's, snuggle robe and BA flight socks toasting on the rad ready for when I step out of the shower in about 10 mins time and a night snuggled under a fleece with a hot water bottle and the MATHLETTS watching American Idol. My sis will then ring me to confer as they get to see it on Tues or Wed evening in the states. I can complain to her about how cold I am and she can moan about how hot she is:D

i'm a bit naughty , i not very well today , so heating is up full. my little boy who is 7 months nearly has a very nice thick hand made blanket on him, it is super dooper warm. and my 2 yr old daugther has her fleecey pj's on , and is snuggled under a nice warm duvet . so they will be very warm.

also my hubby generate so much heat in bed ( it fab in winter but hell in summer ), no need for a hot water bottle.

    ooh:eek: surely that's too much information.:rotfl:

We were just saying how warm it is here compared to other nights this week:confused: , infact it's so warm we have decided not to top up the coal on the fire.

You lot must be southern softies, -5 degrees, it's almost that warm in summer up here LOL..

I sometimes get into bed with cold feet but a few mins under the duvet and I am lovely and warm.

I don't do electric blankets or socks in bed.

My heating will be off overnight, as always (or I'll wake up at 5am sweating cobs) and I just have the one regular duvet. You don't want to know what I'll be wearing. :o

    Nails, me. :D

  • Two hot water bottles, and an extra dyne eiderdown (I refuse to call them duvets).
A lot of heat is lost through the head, so if you do not have one of those Scrooge nightcaps, wear a woolly hat. The warmest ones are green and white and may have Celtic written on them.
If it gets really cold, you can use a sleeping bag as well.
