Has anyone got a recommendation for a good commercial mortgage broker?
Looking into buying a leisure business & searching for a good business broker.

Usually, your best bet is to speak to your own bank first.

I'm no expert in this area, but that is what people who are usually tell me to tell the client to do first

Well I deal with commercial loans a reat deal, but I cant tout!

I agree your own Bank is the place to start.
Key to this is Bank security, the more you offer, the easier the application.

Leisure business can be many things, but for sure pubs and golf courses are quite difficult to raise on.
