Good morning everyone,thanks for your advice and info over the last few weeks, tomorrow is the day booked in at 10am to declare myself BR going over my forms for the final time this afternoon making sure everthing is in order, getting very nervous now i will let you know how i got on tomorrow afternoon, this forum has answered many questions for me thanks once again...

all the best. mine`s at 10.30 but as someone else is petitioning me for bankruptcy, i have decided to continue with the cowards way out and hide and go to work.... must remember to ceremonially chop all my cards up at 10.31!

all done did not even have to see a judge signed papers at 10:05am 10:45 i was declared bankrupt waited around till 12 to speak to OR..all very nice
