Hope someone can help
I bought a Reebok Step and DVD from Argos yesterday. The description in catalogue and on receipt is that a DVD comes with it but when I opened the packaging it was a video.
Went back to the store and was told Reebok are currently sending them like this. No help at all.
Called customer service and was told it was a catalogue misprint- surely not if the receipt states step and dvd. Wat can be done next?
I really like the step but am not happy to pay 38.99 for just a step as I have no longer got a video player meaning it is absolutely useless.
Is this somehow false advertising- trade description?
Any help grately appreciated.

YES! The item does not match its description!
IF they knew it was a priniting error, then they should have made this clear prior to the purchase - staff should have been informed/ a notice should have been put up.

You can complain to Argos "You bought the goods from the trader, not the manufacturer, and the trader is liable for any breaches of contract". Ask for a full refund and buy it elsewhere.I can say whatever I like here ... 'cos no one can see me .. ner ner ner ner ner !!!....How do you know I ain't sitting here butt naked?!?!I thunk I've made you think for a minute!:j :rotfl: :j0
