When is the deadline?
In my experience the CSA always leaves things to the bitter end.
Next stop after ICE is the Parliamentary Ombudsman.0 -
deadline is the 6th0

What have ICE had to say about it? Are they chasing the CSA up?0
-
basically they have made 8 recommendations that the CSA have to address ie a full breakdown, how arrears accrued, why payments are so erratic and also if they would issue a senior management apology for maladministration and a payment0

Difficult recommendations for the CSA to answer!!!! Phone up ICE today, tomorrow and the 6th.
I'm wondering whether Steve Geraghty ( used I think his previous employment was with Direct Line )...now described as first Commissioner, no longer plain old chief executive...is NOT into apologies anymore. Well, what I really mean is a computer generated letter that he signs. Perhaps there are too many letters being sent out and he can't cope!;)
If no response by the 6th contact the PO, get the form and book an appointment to see your MP. It might work in your favour ie more compo.0 -
i emailed my MP regarding phasing, ie i dont thinkits fair if a PWC is getting payments and i have to pay all the phasing, which equates to over £5000 extra over the 5 years, she doesnt get any extra benefits so therefore does not suffer any hardship finanically, where as i have to pay the phasing plus arrears, not really fair in my opinion
to be fair my MP's receptionist responded that they will contact the CSA within about 10 mins of reading my complaint0 -
just an update on my case folks
CSA had until 6th February to answer the ICE's recomendations, never heard anything from them apart from a letter demanding arrears a week before they were due to answer the complaint!
Called the CSa, they stated that they were aware of my complaint and were working on it as they had been busy, told them that was unacceptable and they should have wrote an interim letter informing me of this! After this i contacted the ICE, they said they would escalate to senior management and get back to me on the 25th February
well guess what today is the 26th and still no word!
Getting sick of the whole thing, my next payment rises another £155 to £722 just because its a new phasing period!! CSA haven known about this rise as it happened last February as well and a face to face examiner told me its because the computer cannot handle a new phasing period so it calculates ridiculous figures!!
only thing the CSA havent robbed from me is my pride and i will not let them!!!!0 -

So ICE haven't bothered to contact you either. Absolute disgrace.
Phone ICE tomorrow stating this is unacceptable and you will be contacting the MP to open a case with the Ombudsman.0 -
ICE are going to contact me next week, but girls said today that they will send another email to CSA senior management0
