    Evening, sorry Inky and Len, can't come for a run, been told by my dentist not to do any vigorous exercise ;)

    It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
    We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
    Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

    Spud, it was ok, I felt nothing and didn't even need the magic cream before the injection. :D

    I've had 2 weeks of a colleague telling me at every opportunity how awful hers was recently, and how much agony she was in. Properly lost my nerve :eek:
