You won't be the first person to do that and you won't be the last. The OR is used to seeing this sort of thing so don't worry to much. He may ask a few questions but if you weren't thinking about BR at the time you should have no problems.BSCno.87The only stupid question is an unasked oneLoving life as a Kernow Hippy0

in 2007 we went on 3 holidays abroad.(although none were paid for on credit but large sums of money came out of my account) If you didnt know then its ok, by the time I was BR i was £2k overdrawn I am also concerned, but the debt was built up before I knew and it was always my intention to reduce my overdraft after christmas... I also stupidly thought I could keep my account after the BR and not include this in my debts :-(
Br is a learning experience, you will get lots of questions and lots of answers, but at the end of the day unless you have been involved with fraud whats the worse that can happen? a Bankruptcy restricting order? a slap on the wrist?
Try not to worry about things glam, by the way I hope you enjoyed florida, we went about ooo 10 years ago now and had a fantastic time :-)0
