im sick of it. i give up.

for a year or more i have had a debt with the bank of Scotland to the tune of £1500.55 in december i got (unexppectedly a debt recovery letter from iqor recovery) they have been bullying me and harrassing me so much i dont know what day it is.

they have been phoneing me twice a day every day,(except sunday - they must go to church to pray for there sins those evil iqor people) im on health related benifit and they have made my life HELL i dont know what to do. my debts not with iqor recovery its with hbos (thogh i like everyone else will pay back the 22k gb has poured into hbos... perhaps the banking mess is why they are suddenly chaseing me)

i did have an agreement with hbos ages ago to pay back 1 quid a week and broke that, i then got tricked into agreeing to paying 10 quid a week to iqor and as they have broken the oft rules i am going to refuse payment

every time they call i ask who it is they refuse to say till i confirm my details, all i asked for is a compony name every time they refused till one day i gave in - this broke the oft guidelines as they MUST MUST be open and honest as to who they are and what they are calling in regard of they said it was there policy not to say...

i dont know whats going to happen they made a letter out at the beginning of the year to say that "we MUST have in our hands £10.00 by the 30th of january" harrassment - again broken oft guidelines as they sent lots of letters every week
