DLA - Include or not?

Hi,
I'm just working out my figures to see if my OH & I would qualify for a DRO. In both BR & DRO would my sons DLA be included as income as earnings to me or not. It is in his name, he's 17mths old and I do travel quite alot to hospital appts and disability groups etc. for him.

homealone is going through the same with the DLA she spoke to the social and they said that its not included and seen as its your sons money it shouldnt be took into account when working out and IPA anyway as its your sons money. i will try to find the post for it for you to look atIf you want to see the rainbow ,you gotta put up with some rain0 -
