You need to be logged in to enter. Its also quicker if you try to enter at the more "quieter" times of the day.

Thanks, but unfortunately it doesn't help. I see the page with all the prizes. As soon as I click on one to enter it and fill in my log in details, all I will see is the cosmo footer and the rest of the page is blank.
From that moment onwards, even if i remove the link (or open new window) and type in the home cosmo address all it will display is the footer.

The same story happens if I first try to log in. Basically as soon as I attempt to log in it will only display the footer and get stuck on that, no matter where I "navigate" to.

I have tried a variety of different computers and browsers too. Am clueless now as I don't know how to proceed and there are a few prizes I'd love to enter for, but it seems I may have to sit this one out :cool:

Me Nikki - That is exactly the same as me and I've been trying all different times of the day and every variation of loading it.

I ditched my account details that were connected to my Hotmail address and signed up again using a different email address. I got the verification email through straight away. Clicked on link in email and was taken straight through the process of creating my profile.
After finishing the profile it said I was logged in, I left that window open and clicked on the OP link again and was taken through to giveaway page. Quick look up in the right top corner confirmed I was loggen in and I was actually viewing a fully loaded page. Result!
Finally I was able to enter all the giveaways I wanted.

I am not sure what caused the problem, but I remember that when I first signed up to Cosmo, I didn't get my verification email and had to ask for a second verification email. It then told me I successfully verified my Hotmail address, but the site never asked me to create a profile. Perhaps that is where things went wrong or it might not like hotmail.co.uk addresses, who knows...

Have a look and see if you have or can create a profile. Failing that, try signing up with another address.

When I first signed up many people were reporting extreme slow server speed on Cosmo's end. I now entered the giveaways I wanted in relatively little time.

I have a solution: email [EMAIL="webmaster@cosmopolitan.co.uk"]webmaster@cosmopolitan.co.uk[/EMAIL] and tell them that you cant log in you cant enter the comp etc etc and they SHOULD email back and say "you werent assigned to a user group it should be okay now" and after that mine worked as id had the same problems!! let me know if it works, it took them over a day to get back to me but you have until 31/03 so it should be long enough! good luck everyone x

Had email back this morning saying

I'm sorry you are having difficulty logging in to the website. For some reason your account had not been allocated to a user group (which is normally done automatically), hence the privileges error. This has now been corrected so you should have access to the website with no further problem. Please enjoy it.

I wish I could enter this as the prizes look so amazing, but I am also getting the same problem with the footer.
