OR interview over

Hey guys, it's been a while since I last posted but not really had anyting to say. Well until today...
So my OR interview was pencilled in for 11am, he phoned exactly on time and was a really nice chap. At no point did I feel being talked down to, and I felt like he was really not judging. A credit to the insolvency service judging by some of the posts I've seen.
So got me an IPA amount set but he said it doesn't take affect until I get the paperwork and sign it off so this Friday's pay is all mine!! The one thing he mentioned was that I had loan from my brother in 2007 for £5k that I paid him back within a few months so that might be seen as prefering a creditor but the reasoning behind it and that I didn't use my available credit to pay it off might be good enough reasons to not strike against me.
