Turkey casserole cooked in microwave?

I intended cooking some diced turkey thigh in the slow cooker today and forgot all about it.
Doh!
I remember a few years ago I cooked something similar in the microwave but can't remember how long for and what settings.
I have a 850w microwave.
Can someone please give me and idea how long to cook it for and on what setting please?
Would it be low or simmer?

Sorry. I don't have exact timings but I'd put it in a sauce and start off on high for about five minutes and then simmer until the meat is tender.0

Thanks for the info, I did just that and it was lovely and tender.
I never use my microwave for cooking much, just reheating and defrosting as I prefer to cook from scratch on the hob.
