I want to buy a mobile phone

Hey all,
I want to buy a PAYG mobile phone for my little sister.
Now, she's only 8, so she doesn't need anything fancy. I just want to get her a cheap mobile so we can contact her when she's wandered off somewhere or when she's at school or something.
Help, please?
