Ok i have made a couple of adjustments but don't forget you CB, although it has to be included, does not count towards any surplus when looking at a possible IPA. So i make that 2,705 outgoings and 2,795 income less,CB = 2,596 so well below IPA territory. Some one else on here has been BR with utilities that were that high and the figures were accepted as they had proof of that expenditure.
Edit there was a Watchdog report on Gas bill and I think Electricity, will see if I can find it

Chatted to CCCS today, they said 150 clothing is too high, but give it a shot anyway, the 18 tv licence is what they said I have to pay on their monthly payment plan I have proof so should be okay. Now my gas/elec bills are really that much in this house I have proof, my new house is about the same size same boiler type, so I am just asuming they will be the same. Unfortunatley my groceries should not be altered, whilst I am a family of 4 there are 3 children and 4 adults, I got highly strung at their advised, she said Whooa luv dont argue with me, argue with your OR!!!!!!!!!!! Still filling in the online forms for tomorrow but the court might be closed due to severe weather!!!!!!!!!!0

YYou are paying the extra at the moment because of the stupid way it is worked out. It will go down to £12. Now my gas/elec bills are really that much in this house I have proof, my new house is about the same size same boiler type, so I am just asuming they will be the same No problem. Unfortunatley my groceries should not be altered why?, whilst I am a family of 4 there are 3 children and 4 adults, I got highly strung at their advised, she said Whooa luv dont argue with me, argue with your OR!!!!!!!!!!! Put down what has been suggested, if you are willing to argue clothes, then why not housekeeping? Especially as it is a better one for not being reduced, though can be, but not as often. Still filling in the online forms for tomorrow but the court might be closed due to severe weather!!!!!!!!!!
Hope the forms are going well.BSCno.87The only stupid question is an unasked oneLoving life as a Kernow Hippy0
