Debt amounts owed

I am trying to fill in an soa but I'm not sure exactly how much I owe some creditors as some have been given over to bailiffs and they keep on adding their costs to my debts. Can you tell me what will happen if the amounts I put in are not correct.

For what purpose are you completing an SOA?? As this is the BR board, if you are going BR, then you would not include your debts or payments into the SOA anyway - just expenditure generally.
If you are filling in the BR forms and at the debts section, just put something approximate, or last known amount - your OR will find the actual amounts directly so don't worry.0
