I thought his name was Crestie... :rotfl: Doh!

He's a crested gecko, so crestie for short. They're quite new in terms of being kept as pets - only rediscovered wild in 1994; previously thought extinct! So we don't know how long their lifespan is yet as I believe the first captive crestie is still alive.

I got a cheque for £25 on Friday, a certificate and rosette. I have a few rosettes from rat showing days, so nice to have one for a different pet. We've just had a aquatic and reptile shop open up the road (at long last - the previous nearest one was miles away!), so I'll get some nice new bits and pieces for Chip's terrarium. Thanks again for posting!

EPP yeah shes on the mend now, bless her, we had 2 springers had to have Bonnie put down in May 07 as she had cancer, had her 15 1/2 yrs, before we had the kids, lol
