The things on the form you used above are all expenses you can claim (well most of them!) the BR forms don't list these so you put them in 'other'. Don't let the format confuse you just put them all down listed in other.

Don't worry - we've all been there. The form that people are using now wasn't used when I started on this forum but it does help so that you don't forget anything.
