Terms of Use of Entry

• Information on how to enter forms part of these Terms and Conditions of Entry. Participation in this Competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Entry and to the terms of the Privacy Policy.
• Entry is open to individuals aged 18 and over, except employees of Chictoday Ltd. and the Promoter, their immediate families, advertising agency and sales promotion consultancy, and anyone else connected with the creation and administration of the Competition.

• The Competition begins on 02/02/2009 and closes on 02 May 2009 (Competition Period).
• To enter, entrants must complete the on-line form during the Competition Period. No purchase is necessary to enter. Only one entry per person is permitted. Spammers will be disqualified.
• Entries must be received by Chictoday Ltd. during the Competition Period. Chictoday Ltd. and the Promoter accept no responsibility for any problems or technical malfunction of any communication network or any late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible or corrupted entries. Chictoday Ltd. and the Promoter are not liable for any costs incurred, responses received or any other consequences of user error.
• The draw will be conducted on 02 May 2009 . The first valid entry randomly drawn will win the prize of Gold Sequin Dress Ring by LEBLAS worth $1050.
• If for any reason the Competition is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of Chictoday Ltd., it reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition, subject to any written directions of any relevant authority.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-negotiable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
• The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for another prize of equal value.
• The website Editor's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
• The winner will be notified by email on the day of the draw. The winner has five (5) business working days to respond in full to the email or another winner will be drawn.
• By entering the Competition, the winner consents to any publicity generated as a result of the promotion, and use on the Chictoday.com website at any time.
• By accepting these Terms and Conditions of Entry, entrants expressly agree to transfer their correct name and email address to Chictoday Ltd. to use, store and process their personal information for the purposes of providing the electronic newsletter offered by Chictoday Ltd.
• The Promoter reserves the right to request the winner to provide proof of identity, proof of age or proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter.
• Chictoday Ltd. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify all entries from any person, and prohibit that person's further participation in this Competition, who tampers with, or benefits from any tampering with, the entry process or the operation of the Competition or acts in violation of these Terms and Conditions of Entry, acts in a disruptive manner or acts with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any person.
• All entries will be the property of Chictoday Ltd., which may pass your personal information to the Promoter and their data processors. In these circumstances it is always demanded that these parties adhere to the same strict security procedures with which Chictoday Ltd. complies.
• These Terms and Conditions of Entry shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively within the jurisdiction of the English courts.
