Oversea online company wont refund fully for wrong size goods? what are my rights?

I really need some advice.

I ordered 3 dresses for my bridesmaids from www.lightinthebox.com, after reading many positive reviews about them.
We ordered made to measure dresses, they have arrived and are all too small, by at least 2 inches.
I contacted Customer Services (a task in itself!). We have been emailing back and forth, and they are basically trying to get out of giving me a refund. At first they said that they did not refund customised goods as they are not resellable. Fair enough if I had just changed my mind, but these items are not correct!!

They have now said they will refund me, but with a 25% deduction on 2 of the dresses? Where do they get this from when all 3 are incorrect?

I have tried to ask these questions but I have found out that they are based in China and the english of the staff is not great.

They want me to send back the dresses, together with my original receipt etc, they will then check the dresses, and if they decided that they are correct they will be sent back to me (I will be charged postage). if they agree that they are too small I will get the partial refund. - I do not trust them to refund my money once they have the dresses back.

What should I do for the best?

In total the dresses have cost me £162.00 which I cant afford to lose! I need to buy 3 more dresses pronto!

Can anyone tell me my rights when purchasing online from overseas?

You could try the IEPCN. I'm not sure how effective it would be or if they deal with Chinese consumer groups. I'm not even sure Chinese consumer groups exist, but you could ask.
