I wonder if the link is a personal one do you think that I should ask for the comp to be moved to Game Over

Yes, it is a personal link.

I received the newsletter yesterday too and saw it hadn't been posted, but couldn't find it anywhere on their site and then once I had completed it realised that it had to be accessed from the newsletter only as there was nowhere to enter your details
