hi, i went br 18/09/07 and was discharged 18/09/08 :T and i am slowley getting my life back to normality. i have looked at my credit file and most of my debts have 'settled' as the status but a few still show the amount i owed before br with status as 'default' ,will they stay like this until 5 years has passed or is there something i can do?
also under court orders ,ccj's etc its shows a bankrupcey order against me but says due for discharge 18/09/08 obviousley this has been and gone ,do the insolvancy service not update this? thanks for any help!
