I don't think so. I mean I "sell" to Mum and my Sister, I think I have made commission about twice in two years.

I guess this means sorting out papers and having a look.

I hate disastery bits in home and away they always make me cry. stupid programme.

They sent, do you remember ages ago you gave me a link (probably not but it really helped so I remember!) to a NI exempt form - filled that in and sent it off.

    heard nothing

then about two weeks ago I got a bill for 300 for NI?

but apart from that no, no post.

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

I do remember Buffy....you must ring the NI contributions office (tomorrow while you are not at school!) and tell them you have filled in an exemption form and they have sent you a bill......

And if they haven't sent you a request to do a self assessment you should get away with not getting a fine, although you should really complete one, even if its just piddly bits of commission that you get.

When did you tell the IR that you were self employed?
