Free exercise band worth £5.99 with The Times(merged)

The Times has an advert for a 'Free exercise band when you join their Health Club'.

The health club is free to join and every member gets an exercise band worth £5.99. No images of the band, so not sure what it actually is, but if it helps me lose my expanding love handles, i'll be happy.

I joined, but did not receive a confirmation mail, so would be interested if anyone else gets any feedback.

The pic shows the bloke using it! It's a giant elastic band for resistance training. Not for me, as I'd probably have it go ping and end up with a nasty injury!!!!

just signed up and got email, set my goal. If its the big rubber band the guys using then they are good to get you exercising when you sitting watching tv:rotfl:
