car issue

I sold my wee Fiesta for £200 2 weeks before I found out my council was making me BR over council tax debts. I am still paying car insurance monthly as it was a 12 month contract that doesn't run out until April. If I cancelled it when I sold the car there would have been a penalty that was more than the next 3 months insurance costs so I have just kept the payments up and put my dad's car on the policy (I drive it once or twice a week) What will the trustee think of this? Will he think I was deliberately disposing of the car? This just popped into my mind tonight and now I can't stop worrying about it!
Any help would be greatly appreciated as always.
