LVT Help needed

I am trying to remortgage to free up equity for an extension to my house.

My question is: are there any lenders that would calculate my LVT on the extimated cost of my house AFTER the extension (providing lender with quotes and proof of work) or is there no way round this, and I have to calculate my LVT based on the current value of my house :(

Thanks for any advice, it would be greatly appreciated

Yes some lenders offer this faciity based on end value ......subject to all the legal requirements
  • Thank you....i will continue the search :)

    Many thanks
  • You could try one of the companies offering self build mortgages, as they have the facilities for stage payments etc in place.

Also, depending on what exactly you're doing, the ecology building society may be able to help.
