me again 4got to ask i have moblie phone should have been 45a month had it 4 months never paid a bill cheaper than 55 ive phoned them up to cancel it as im in a contract for 18 months i cant cancel it will this automatic get wipe of when i go bankrupt i cant pay this month at all but unsure what to do dont really want the phone what can they do if im going bankrupt?

Include the phone contract in your list of creditors.

You will then be out of the contract and any liability for the remaining 14 months.

If they contact you after BR just give them your BR details.

thanks do i pay this month even tough i cant or put a stop on my direct debts

just stop paying, they will prob block our phone though, so you may need to get a pay as you go.

If you are on Vodafone and don't pay they make the phone incoming calls only (well they did with me) once the payments start again full service is resumed.
