If you have the latest version of Word, click the multi-coloured logo on the top left of the screen, pick New and then scroll down the left hand pain of the window that opens (title Templates) until you get to Resumes and CVs. Click on this and an option will come up for basic, job specific and situation specific resumes. Pick one and Word will likely need to go online (depending how Word is installed on the PC) and up will pop a whole range of CVs to choose from. I seem to remember that older versions of Word had a number of templates pre loaded and you can always get more from the Microsoft website. Hope this helps as a starting point.
