Mortgage following discharge trust deed

Can anybody advise the likelihood of being able to obtain a mortgage after discharge from a protected trust deed (scotland)?
I'm dueto be discharged next month after 3 years and desperately need a mortgage.
Any idea how long after discharge before I can get a mortgage?
Am I going to be faced with only getting a mortgage at extremely high interest rates?
Will my credit file clearly show my financial past inc trust deed details?
If yes, how long until these details do not show up any longer?
Thanks!!!
