Liver Sausage - the sort that can be cooked

We used to get liver sausage which could be fried or grilled for breakfast. You could also eat it cold in sandwiches etc. It comes as a large sausage a bit like black pudding and is sliced or sold in pieces.

I used to buy it at the Deli counter in Co-op, and Somerfield until they closed them. It also used to be available at Sainsbury's but the type they sell now is more like pate and falls apart when cooked.

Please does anyone know where I could get it?

I'm fairly sure I've seen it in ASDA, pre-packaged and in the same chiller as the pate (but not pate IYSWIM!)
