I emailed Paypal and asked them why i never receive any codes as i use the service a lot and they emailed back basically saying sorry it is unusual to not have received any and to keep an eye on Ebay for codes in the future. I emailed them back telling them that i was no longer going to accept Paypal as a form of payment but no reply. Needless to say Worldpay here i come!!0

I never get codes either, spent over £2000 through paypal, and I could have done with that £4 one, I bought a birthday present that was £7 postage the other day

I sent them an email and this is what I got back.......................
it is eBay who randomly chooses eBay users to
receive such codes. What I would suggest is for you to ask eBay on this
process.
Make of that what you wish but I have never been randomly selected and have bought and sold with them for years0 -

guess what...i got this email saying something like "free delivery at ebay"....and guess what i did...i deleted it! Gosh i am sooooooo stooopid. I thought it was spam as I never ever heard of ebay codes before. Gosh i am kicking myself!! argh!0

It wasn't codes. It was following the recent 5p listing if you sold with free delivery. Because all the sellers had wanted to cash in on the cheap listings they listed as Free post,, so Ebay then got to self promote with the free delivery on Ebay emails,, . If you follow me
