What could I do for Valentines Day?

Hi to all you wise and wonderful money savers! ;)
I really need some inspiration! I haven't a clue what to do for my OH for valentines day! We've been together 5 yrs now and have a 17 month old baby. I also have 3 other children from a previous relationship although only 2 live at home thats my daughter who is 16 and my son who is 12. I wanted to do something really special but we are on a budget so i'm afraid the hotel breaks are off the menu. So I would really like to pick your brains and ask for some great suggestions if I may.
Thanks guys love Helen xxx :p

    Hi Bluebelle,

You could do something simple like a pot of love and add a couple of scratch cards.
Here is a pic of mine

You could also make up a small hamper of red things .. I have gone completely random and picked up things in red packs, etc ... I took this photo a while back and have since added more things to it(which are not in the picture.), however including the box this has only cost me at max £15

Updated pic, I managed to arrange it all into a hamper, here goes :)

    Hi Helen

Traditional Valentines can be done cheaply - sites like this offer tonnes of discount codes and special offers on Valentines stuff. Also liking RustyFlange's idea about the hampers- thoughtful without blowing the budget - nice:T

This looks great, what did you make your "basket" out of?
