1. This Prize Draw is open to consumers aged 12 (twelve) years or over who are residents of Great Britain, Channel Islands and the Isle of Man only, excluding employees and their immediate families of Coca-Cola Great Britain, Coca-Cola Enterprises Limited and anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.
2. To participate you will need to have a 'Coke Zone' account and a sufficient point balance. Each entry costs 2 points which will be debited from your balance on entry. There are no limits on number of entries per account however the prize can only be won once per account. To get an account please register. If you already have a 'Coke Zone' account you will need to log in. To get points, please enter the codes printed directly on the bottle behind the label on specially marked 500ml and 2L bottles of 'Coca-Cola', 'diet Coke' and 'Coke Zero' made by Coca-Cola Enterprises Ltd.
3. Closing date for receipt of entries is daily at 23:59:59 between 30/01/09 to 23:59:59 28/02/09.
4. The draw will take place daily on the following day and will be drawn at random under independent supervision. The Winners will be informed by email within 3 days.
5. There is 1 Prize each day supplied by Sony Ericsson each consisting of 1x Sony Ericsson W595 WalkmanTM mobile phone in Cosmopolitan White. No mobile phone contract or SIM card is included with the handset. No cash or other alternative will be offered in whole or in part. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize or any element of the prize with one of equivalent or greater value.
6. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, alter or withdraw the Prize Draw as necessary due to exceptional circumstances outside its reasonable control or as a result from any production errors or where there has been error(s) in any aspect of the preparation for or conduct of the Prize Draw.
7. The Promoter reserves the right to redraw the Prize if the Prize Winners cannot be contacted by email within a reasonable period of time to be established at the Promoter's sole discretion.
8. The Promoter will not be held liable to any participants or Winners for any third party failures beyond its reasonable control including but not limited to fraud.
9. All conditions, warranties and representations expressed or implied by law or otherwise in relation to the Prize and/or the Prize Draw are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law and the Promoter shall be under no liability whatsoever or howsoever in connection with any loss, damage or injury which is suffered as a direct or indirect result of the prize and/or the prize draw except that the Promoter makes no attempt to exclude or limit its liability for death or personal injury arising as a result of the negligence of the Promoter.
10. The Prize Winners agree to take part in any reasonable publicity required.
11. In processing the Winners information the Promoter may disclose the information to other companies in its group or to third parties employed by the Promoter.
12. The names and counties of the Prize Winners will be made available on request to those enclosing a stamped self addressed envelope to: 'Coca-Cola' Sony Ericsson W595 WalkmanTM, Carlson Marketing, Carlson Court, 116 Putney Bridge Road, London, SW15 2NQ, within 2 weeks of the last closing date.
13. The draws will be conducted under the independent supervision of Enable and the Promoter's decision is final.
14. The Promoter shall not be held liable for system failures. Neither can we be held responsible for the failure to fulfil obligations of any third parties involved in this promotion, although we will endeavour to minimise the effect to the participants of such failure.
15. Conduct of participation. By entering this Prize Draw, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the 'Coke Zone' and prize draw Terms and Conditions. The Promoter may at its sole discretion refuse to process an entry or fulfil any prize awarded or disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the code redemption process or the operation of the Promotion or website, or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be disruptive.
16. This Promotion is subject to the Privacy policy.
17. The Promoter's decision is final and binding in all matters.
